PHASE II: SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Once the Conference Room Pilot system is accepted the System Installation phase
begins, during which the product is installed at our customer's site. Consisting of
five events, the System Installation Phase begins with a clearly defined plan
that outlines all installation and testing guidelines. Once a Cut-Over plan is
defined by our customer, the installation will progress until the system is
fully operational and stable within customer's site.
