PROGRAMMER ANALYST
This individual will be involved
in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Microsoft desktop as well as Web-based
applications.
Job duties will include the following:
 |
Development
of complex business software utilizing various technologies |
|
|
Defining
information flow, program functions and data requirements |
|
|
Defining
test criteria, preparing and compiling base functionality test cases,
analyzing results, and validating the system |
The successful candidate will possess the following:
|
|
A
degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience |
|
|
A
minimum of two years experience in systems engineering/ integration with
exposure to Microsoft Windows 2003 and XP |
|
|
Knowledge
of Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 |
|
|
Experience
with Microsoft Visual C++/ Microsoft Visual Basic, .NET toolset, XML, ASP,
and Crystal Reports |
|
|
Good
communication skills, a working knowledge of system
development life cycle methodologies, and strong teamwork skills |
|
|
MCSD
preferred |
|
|
Knowledge
of transportation and/or warehouse management environment a definite plus |
