Further, we accept and appreciate that each corporation may have developed systems internally to meet specific business needs and may want any third-party transportation management system to leverage these internal legacy systems.

With this in mind, ScanData has taken a componentized approach rich with component-level configurations that allows us to deploy our communications services and operational applications in a way that easily integrates into the existing business areas of customers' systems (no matter how disparate those systems) — tying legacy systems together while providing carrier-compliant shipping as well as streamlining operational processes.
ScanData's unique componentized approach to product development allows us to deploy our shipping software to meet any type of PTMS need — whether those needs include exchange of package and manifesting data only or a full operational integration — or even either of those options but combined with transportation analysis abilities.
To this end, ScanData Systems offers three base solutions; Fully Integrated, Engine-only, and Transportation Management Solutions Plus; which are predefined collections of ScanData component sets. Each collection is a complete multi-carrier shipping solution. What solution you choose depends upon what functionality you need in your enterprise, what legacy systems you would like to leverage, and whether or not you need operational integration.
