PROJECT
METHODOLOGY
ScanData’s Project
Methodology is divided into three distinctive phases. Each phase is further
divided into specific events which encompass the major milestones of the
project.
Phase I: Design, Development, and Conference Room Pilot. During
this phase, the project team completes an in-depth analysis of the ScanData
product features and how they fit within the customer’s operational environment.
Also during this stage, any potential product changes that have been agreed upon
are detailed and reviewed.
Phase II: System Installation.
Here the product is installed and parallel tested in order to train
users and "reality-test" the system in order to guarantee a successful
integration. Once all installation occurs, the new system goes live within the
operational environment.
Phase III: System Warranty.
This is the period where ScanData supplies support services (seven days a week/
24 hours a day) for any questions that may arise while users and administrators
become acquainted with the system. This phase lasts for 90 days beyond the Live
System Date. ScanData also offers a variety of support services agreements which
are renewable on an annual basis.
Throughout the duration of each project, ScanData meets with
every customer at regular intervals in order to review the following:
 |
Project manager's reports |
|
 |
Status and progress of the project |
|
 |
Status of each party's project deliverables |
|
 |
Recommendations or proposals |
|
 |
Completion milestones |
