PROJECT METHODOLOGY

ScanData’s Project Methodology is divided into three distinct parts or phases. Two of these phases are considered the primary phases of the project. They are the Design, Development, and Conference Room Pilot Phase and the System Installation Phase. The third phase incorporates the System Warranty Period and Support Services. Each phase is further divided into specific events which encompass the major milestones of the project.

During the
Design, Development, and Conference Room Pilot phase, the project team completes an in-depth analysis of the ScanData product features with regard to how they fit within our customer’s operational environment. Also during this stage, any potential product changes that have been agreed upon during the sales process are detailed and reviewed.

In the
System Installation phase the product is installed and parallel tested in order to train users and "reality-test" the system in order to guarantee a successful integration. Once the installation is complete, the new system goes live within the operational environment.

The last phase is the
System Warranty period where ScanData supplies support services (seven days a week/ 24 hours a day) for any questions that may arise while users and administrators become acquainted with the system. This phase lasts for 90 days beyond the Live System Date. ScanData also offers a variety of support services agreements which are renewable on an annual basis.

Primary Project Phases

Throughout the duration of each project, ScanData meets with every customer at regular intervals in order to review the following:
bullet Project manager's reports
bullet Status and progress of the project
bullet Status of each party's project deliverables
bullet Recommendations or proposals
bullet Completion milestones
