PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
 In
order to meet the objectives outlined within the Project Methodology, ScanData
Systems utilizes a variety of resources from within ScanData as well as from
within our customer's project team, employing
project personnel who will ensure that the customers project is completed
accurately and efficiently. As with the Project Methodology, the Project
Resources are structured in such a way as to ensure proper planning and
execution of all Project events. These resources are responsible for ensuring
that all deliverables are met within specified deadlines, issues are resolved
quickly and decisively, and questions are asked and answered in a timely
fashion.

Steering Committee
— Consists of management individuals from both
ScanData and our customers who are responsible for the high-level, total
vision of the project. If a conflict arises that cannot be resolved at
the Project Team level, the issue is then escalated to the Steering
Committee for final resolution. |

Project Team
— Composed of individuals from both ScanData and our
customers who are responsible for project deliverables, event
progression, and product implementation. Members of the ScanData Project
Team include the Project Manager, the Project Engineer, and the
Installation Engineer. Our customer's members include the Project
Manager, the IS Manager, and the Operations Engineer.

User Resources — Includes Area Supervisors, Specialized IS Personnel,
and End User's from both ScanData and our customers. The User Resources
provide detailed information concerning specific questions and are
responsible for project accountability. |
